プロフィール | Profile

1991年NHK入局。
岡山放送局でのドキュメンタリーや 報道番組等の制作を経て1995年からドラマ制作現場へ。
「朝ドラ」「大河ドラマ」をはじめ、数多くのNHKドラマを演出。2018年に株式会社NHKエンタープライズに出向し、NHK外の制作会社と組んだ企画で引き続き演出を担当する。以降、全ての作品で企画立案も兼務。
近年では、コロナ禍で立ち上げた業界初のリモートドラマ「今だから、新作ドラマ作ってみました」の企画・演出や、漫画実写化の最高成功例と評された「岸辺露伴は動かない」の企画・演出など多くの話題作を手掛ける。
現在監督として参加予定の商業映画が複数進行中。

Joined NHK in 1991.
Documentaries at Okayama Broadcasting Station and After producing news programs, he joined the drama production scene in 1995.
Since then, including “Asadora” and “Taiga Drama”,
He has directed numerous NHK dramas. In 2018, he was seconded to NHK Enterprises Co., Ltd. and continued to direct projects in collaboration with production companies outside NHK.
Since then, he has also been in charge of planning for all of his works.
In recent years, he has planned and directed the industry’s first remote drama “Now is the time to make a new drama”, which was launched in the Corona disaster,
He has worked on many high-profile works, including the planning and direction of “Kishibe Rozo wa Moving”, which was described as the most successful example of a live-action manga adaptation.
He is currently working on several commercial films that he plans to participate in as a director.
